Dolmabahçe Palace Heritage is an independent booking and ticket-facilitation service operated by Apollo Trading UG. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Dolmabahçe Palace or the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, Directorate of National Palaces.

1. Service and orders

The website is operated by Apollo Trading UG. An order is a booking and procurement request. Payment confirms receipt of that request and is not itself an admission ticket. Admission remains subject to official availability.

2. Pricing and procurement

The ticket cost, service fee, and total are shown before payment. The official admission document is delivered after successful procurement.

3. Availability and alternatives

No alternative admission product will be substituted without customer approval. If the requested admission cannot be secured and no acceptable alternative is accepted, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Cancellation and refunds

After successful procurement of a non-refundable official ticket, cancellation or refund is normally unavailable except where applicable law, venue cancellation, venue closure, service error, or another expressly stated exception requires a different result. Please review our Refund Policy.

5. Customer information and venue rules

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate names, email addresses, dates, eligibility information, and other booking details. Official venue admission rules remain applicable.

For official visitor information and direct ticket purchasing, please use the Directorate of National Palaces website.
