Payment Policy

Effective date: 1 September 2026

Prices are displayed in EUR unless another currency is expressly shown.

Before payment, the website displays the base ticket cost, service fee, and final amount.

Payment methods actually available to a customer are the methods displayed at checkout.

Payment confirms receipt of the booking request and does not itself constitute an admission ticket.

The official admission document is delivered after successful procurement.

If the requested admission cannot be secured and no acceptable alternative is approved, the amount paid is refunded to the original payment method.
