Refund Policy

Before successful procurement, customers may request cancellation. Approval depends on whether procurement has already begun or completed.

After the official admission product has been successfully purchased, assigned, or otherwise secured, the order is normally non-refundable and non-cancellable because the underlying official product may itself be non-refundable.

If the requested admission cannot be secured, we will offer any available alternative for the customer’s approval. No substitution will be made without approval. If no acceptable alternative is available, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds may also be due where required by applicable law, official venue cancellation or closure, venue-confirmed rejection, duplicate payment, or an error by Dolmabahçe Palace Heritage.
